Sharon has over 20 year experience as a leader and manager working in small business, large organisations, community organisations and running her own businesses.
Sharon’s experience has covered Finance, Education, Agribusiness and Economic Development with an emphasis on project outcomes, exceeding market expectations and successful entrepreneurship.
She is a rural advocate and has passion for building our greatest asset, our people.
Sharon also runs their family farm with her Husband and 4 beautiful children.
